The specific services you receive, their fees, and the obligations of both parties are governed by the written agreement you sign at enrollment. Where this website and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
No guarantee of results
Credit outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of the data your creditors report, the responses of the credit bureaus, and your own payment behavior during the program. Timeframes described on this site, such as most clients reaching their goal in about six months, describe typical experience and are not a promise about your file. We do not guarantee any specific score, approval, settlement amount, or funding decision.
